We are thrilled to offer a private room in a peaceful 3 bedroom shared house with FREE PARKING that boasts great features throughout, including access and views to a mature garden!
A perfect location for those who need to be close to Southampton Airport or the University Highfield Campus. Excellent links to the nearby M3 and M27 and excellent access into the city centre.
Whether you’re a professional, business or liesure traveller, our home is the perfect choice for your stay.
Your private room is equipped with a single bed, generous wardrobe and bedside table. Elsewhere in the house you will have access to shared bathroom and shower room facilities, a large kitchen/dining room, lounge and utility room with washing facilities. On arrival there is free parking at the front.
This is a spacious, well equipped house and we are confident that you will be comfortable here. You’ll find all the necessary amenities here, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and full kitchen equipment. The living room and kitchen dining room are equipped with flat screen TVs for your convenience and comfort. All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
A mature rear garden provides a great facility in summer and great views in winter. A patio area is perfect for enjoying summer evenings. Patio furniture will allow you to relax after a great day out. The mature garden is also a great outlook all year round with a wide range of wildlife including squirrels and more than 15 species of birds.

Your host, David, will usually meet you at checkin and show you around. If that isn’t possible because of other commitments then full details and an access code will be sent to you before your arrival. Either way you have complete freedom over your arrival time.
