You’ll love the modern amenities, including smart TVs in the lounge and master bedroom. We’ve also upgraded the WiFi to a fast, unlimited broadband connection so you can stay connected with ease.
Our kitchen/living/dining room is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. We’ve provided a dining table and TV, as well as a washing machine, gas hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. You will also have kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, salt and pepper on hand.
Our apartment has two bedrooms – one with two single beds that can be configured to provide a super king bed (just let us know before arriving). The second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes, hangers, drawers, and shelves for your convenience. Plus, our sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed to accommodate larger groups.
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo and ample toilet rolls, so you don’t have to worry about running out during your stay.
A patio door gives access to a rear garden.
Please note that although this is a ground floor apartment with independent access there are steps up from the street to the front door, so visitors should be aware of this before arriving.

Our cosy Edinburgh apartment comes with its own independent access so you can come and go as you please with ease. When you arrive, you’ll find that access is from the front on Balcarres Street.
We will provide you with all the details you need for access via email shortly before your arrival. This will include an access code to allow you maximum flexibility regarding arrival time.

Please don’t worry, no money is transfered and this deposit will be released shortly after your departure.
